    My weekly summary this week said I have 17 entries on my enquire form. Which none have been emailed to me during the week.

    I have tested the form from my mobile, iPad and computer and I receive those enquiries immediately into my email, so I know there isn’t any problem with receiving. Also, when I check my website analytics, there have been zero page views of my enquiry form… so these 17 entries?? Where did they come from and apparently I can only see them if I pay $200 AUS.

    Anyone provide any insight as to why this could be happening?

    Thanks for contacting us & I apologize for the confusion!

    For the most part, in the lite version of WPForms, the summery email will give you the information of your email summaries will include all-time form submission totals rather than weekly data. So, the 17 entries you’ve received seems the all-time form submission data.

    Further, if you decide at any point to upgrade to our paid version, you will be able to store and view future entries in your website. However, WPForms Lite entries are not stored in WordPress and only exist in the email that is sent.
