    I have two questions –

    1. How can “Sign up for newsletter” checkbox in Pre-Chat Survey be checked by default?
    2. I have integrated mailchimp account with tidio by providing audience id and API Key, but not sure whether it is properly done or functional… How can I test it?

    Please help…

    Hello!

    Thanks for writing in 🙂

    To answer your questions:

    1. I’m afraid that this checkbox can not be checked by default 🙁 It is required by law that the visitors have to give the explict consent.

    2. You can test it yourself by entering your website in Incognito/Private mode (with the clear cache) and signing up to your own newsletter. If you fake email was saved in Mailchimp, then that means that your integration is working 🙂
