Customize the Change password email

Hi, I need to customize and translate this email:

Someone has just requested a password reset for the following account: account@domain.com

If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.
To reset your password, visit the following link: link….

I created a page using the shortcode [pms-recover-password] and another with [wppb-recover-password] both of them work and send the same email in English.

Depending on which language the website is being visited(English or German) I need to send the email on one of those languages.

I found a plugin name Better Notifications for WP that allows me to customize the emails based on actions, Create new post, Update a post, etc.. But is not working with Forget password.
The support team of this plugin told me that if Im using a custom page for displaying this form instead of the WordPress default the plugin may fail. The notification works well with the default "forget my password" WordPress page. And I think this is what is happening here since Im replacing the page domain.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword with the one of your plugin`s shortcode.

I am using Profile Builder Pro Version 3.0.1, BNFW Version 1.8.4, and the latest version of the WordPress core
Please could you give me some advice here? What can I do?
