Can anyone tell me how to insert a line return on the within the email?

I know it seems like a stupid question, but from the contact form I get the below all in one line.

Name A Mention Email Cfg@hotmail.com Tel 8749059437 Message Body: tesing Acceptance Consented: I agree that my submitted data is being collected and stored. — This e-mail was sent from a contact form on

I am just using the MAIL tab within contact form edit section.
