Does not work for mobile devices

The big allow Button is simply not clickable. Just the other two, which makes the plugin useless for me

Hi @dfroese1998,
I think you have added below to the async snippet box, under Integrations – Script Center?
Event snippet for Website lead conversion page --> <script> gtag('event', 'conversion', {'send_to': 'AW-6742*****/tmw8CJv1lMsBEO2vwMEC'});This snippet causes a jQuery error and subsequently causes the accept button to malfunction.
Now removing this, and seeing if this works should normally be easy, but I think I caught a bug. I replicated the issue, but when I want to remove the script all I see is;
Event snippet for Website lead conversion page –>
Is this the same for you?
If so, the only option is to reset the settings I’m afraid or enable safe mode under settings, this will make sure the accept button works, and we will try to push an update tomorrow with a fix.
After the code is deleted you can add it again, only I would suggest using this article: https://complianz.io/enable-consent-on-async-javascript-without-script-center/ because adding just the event will likely not be enough. The article is specifically for this situation.
Thanks, Aert
The main issue in your case is that you have inserted broken script in your script center. As a script should not contain html tags like <script></script> but only jquery or javascript, the script breaks because you have wrapped the script in these tags.
Please clear the scriptcenter scripts, then try again. As soon as it works, you can add the script again, this time without adding the html <script> elements.
Let me know if you need any assistance with this. We’re happy to help you to configure the plugin on your site. You can also contact us at support@complianz.io for direct assistance, or you can submit a support ticket on the forum.
In the case of @aahulsebos, he has ended the script with ‘>’ only, which not only breaks the script, but also the html on the page. That is a bit of an edge case, which is a bit out of scope here.
Hi @dfroese1998,
Just wanted to check in and see if we can help you with this. I see the custom script is still inserted in the page. Please contact us at support(at)complianz.io if you want to discuss the issue directly, or let us know here if you have any questions on how to proceed.
Hi @dfroese1998,
We’ve resolved the issue by removing the custom code. Your banner is now working as expected. Thanks for working with us to resolve it!
As the issue is now resolved, it would be really great if you could reconsider your one star review 🙂

Please do not jump into other topics and detract from their problem. If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum FAQ, please post your own topic. A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole. Your post will be archived.I’m closing this thread, since it’s several months old now.
