When I try to connect to google tag manager, I am not even getting an error or anything. It shows that the correct account and container are selected but the button that says
Select and continue” remains grey and will not let me change anything. I am stuck and not sure what to do since I cannot move forward or have the option to change anything.

This is related to your previous topic. The Google Analytics connection is required to connect Google Tag Manager. That is why it is greyed out.

Let’s solve for the first issue and then circle back on this one.

Hi Renee, thanks for responding. However this issue is with another website that already is connected to google analytics. The site for this one is elcheapocannabis.info

1) Could you send a screenshot of what you see for Tag Manager in the settings?

You can provide a link to screenshots using a service like Imgur or Jumpshare.

2) Are you using AMP/ an AMP plugin on the site? I see some references to amphtml in the source code?

Actually I realized that I had the wrong tag on my site which was not letting me configure it. I was able to configure the google tag manager.
