Hi @red12 ,
your issue as you described seems like a conflict in browser’s cookies during the update process. Please try to install the latest version of the plugin and use another browser or a private window to check again the plugin’s functionality.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
I started the installation with the new version. I only used the old version after failed times with the new one.
I have deleted cookies and browsing data from all google chrome, firefox, edge. I have tried to log in in a browser as administrator and in another browser (incognito mode) as visitor …
I have done this several times trying different alternatives and clearing cookies etc. Still not working.
Hi @red12 ,
may you provide us the following information for further investigation?
1) Your website url, if it is a public web site.
2) Do you have a multisite WordPress installation?
3) It seems to be an issue with the session management on your server, so please let us know if you are using any session management extension in your PHP installation or even a WordPress plugin for session management?

Hi.
there was a sub-domain I just deleted. Therefore I only have my domain (no more multisite). I have returned to clear cache, cookies, reinstalled the plugin, it still does not work.
define (‘WP_CACHE’, false);
define (‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, false);
I have installed the old version of the plugin and it works.
I don’t understand why the old version works without any problem.
I have no problem giving you the link to my website privately if necessary. But I can provide you with all the information you need.
I have exactly same issue on 3CX Live Chat version 9.1.2. I don’t have session management plug-in and I don’t have a multisite WordPress installation or PHP one.
Hi, i have install version 9.2.1 and the problem persist. how can i fix it?, because we need this plugin working right now.
best regards,
