Missing Field in the email notification

Hello, we need the phone number that is entered in the off line chat to be included in the fields in the email. I dug around in the documentation as far as I could, but I can’t figure it out. It also doesn’t show in the CSV form download.
Is there a way to set up the email fields to show the phone?Thank you
