Store Code generating with | attached after update

    Hi,

    First of all thanks for the plug-in! It has been a big help to myself and no doubt many other users.

    Since updating the plug-in yesterday it has been generating the store code for my Local Products Inventory Feed with the pipe (|) after the number and throwing an error in my Merchant Center. I’ve tried removing the pipe and that just generates a blank feed.

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hi Rob,

    Google changed its requirements with regards to that feed. Because of that we had to make some changes for this in our plugin:

    8.6.9 (2020-09-03)
    Renamed the Google Local Products Inventory feed Itemid column to id.
    8.6.8 (2020-09-03)
    Google changed the field order of their Google Local Products Inventory feed requirements. We changed the template to reflect this change.

    As a result you would indeed need to create a new feed and upload that new feed URL to your merchant center so it respects Google’s change of requirements.
