    Hi there,

    I am getting this error message on my google merchant account.

    When I check the feed (csv file) all the headers are missing suddenly for all 4 feeds I have,

    Can you please let me know the solution urgently

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Are you on the latest version of our plugin?

    Anyhow, switching from CSV to XML format will definitely solve the issue immediately so I suggest you switch to XML while we investigate what is going on with your feed.

    Would that be an option?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your reply.

    We are using latest version.

    XML did not work.

    We created the feed again and then only it was working
