Disable guest chats without doing a setup again

    Is there a way to avoid run the plugin setup again to avoid guest chats?
    Why don’t you make plugin settings like all other plugins?

    @facebook I have done the setup again and great, it works perfectly for our websites and for the websites of our customers… the guest mode is disabled.

    I have a problem with one of our customers’ website: we probably don’t have admin privileges to their Facebook pages, so when I re run the setup it gives an error….

    “Il contenuto non è più disponibile
    Impossibile visualizzare il contenuto richiesto al momento. Potrebbe trattarsi di un problema temporaneo, il link su cui hai cliccato potrebbe essere scaduto, oppure potresti non disporre dell’autorizzazione per visualizzare questa pagina.”

    Basically it says that content is not available… impossible to show the requested content etc…

    How to fix that?

    Hi @cartseg,

    In order to setup the chat plugin on a specific FB page, an admin access to the FB page is required. You can the customer that is admin to the FB page to go to the FB page settings –> Messaging –> Add Messenger to your website –> Get started. The same dialog will popup and the admin can toggle the guest mode off.
