Function Call in Shortcode

    Hi,

    How feasible to make your plugin supports call for a custom function in the template?
    Something like:
    [my_function_get_data({my_field})]
    Expecting that the custom function is defined in theme’s functions.php file.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Dear Ibrahim,

    Could you please provide more information on which data you would like to pull?
    Which way they were added to products.
    Our plugin supports any custom fields, attributes, taxonomy, and other product data.

    Hi Natalia,

    I use a plugin that stores supplier Id in the same place as “products” but supplier name is stored in a different custom table in the database.
    I’m wondering if a custom function can be used here to pull “supplier name” via supplier id.

    Dear Ibrahim,

    Could you please let me know which plugin do you use for suppliers?
    We support suppliers that can be created with the Woocomerce addon.
    Please check if the suppliers page available by this URL /wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=your_taxonomy on your side.
    If yes then you can use the next shortcode [taxonomy=your_taxonomy] and pull suppliers’ names.

    I use ATUM Inventory Management. As I noticed, supplier name is stored in a custom-made table.

    Dear Ibrahim,

    Our plugin doesn’t support ATUM plugin’s tables.
    We can add the possibility to call for a custom function in the template in one of the future releases.
