    Bad Resolution Image.

    I use the free Plugin, but I believe it should have a good image.

    I have some products that the main image is ok, and others are not.

    I kept the same resolution in all the photos, but it still wasn’t enough.

    Regarding your problem:

    1. Please, check that the templates of the plugin are not overwritten by your theme:
    product-image-magnifier.php

    2. Please, regenerate the thumbnails, because for some reason, it’s taken smaller images. Please, take a look here.

    We see you have a Lazyload activated on your site.
    Please, we suggest you to deactivated it and see if the problem is solved.

    But i make any pictures with extension png yith ps6, all have the same height and width
    and I still have some photos that do not load, I believe it is not those settings if none of the photos should work, right?
    Do you have an exact product size? a specific type of extension, a standard model for me to test?

    No, we don’t have an exact product size or image size. It should work without any problem. Are you getting some errors when loading these photos?
