    Hi there,

    I have set up a new form to get peoplet to sign up to a contest and would like people to be able to sign up even if they’re already subscribers. I have therefore added more fields in my form to recognize users who’ve signed up through the form and a new tag.

    I have purposely tried to sign up with an email that’s already subscribed to make sure the data does get updated (I Have selected “Update existing subscriber – Yes”) and while it does update the tag to the new one it does not add the additional information from the form, or change existing one if I had something in there.

    Could you help me figure out why that is?

    Hey @trippers2020,

    I just submitted your form twice (Freddie Easy Forms) and I was subscribed both times. Is this still an issue for you or did you figure out the settings? As long as you have the fields set and available in Mailchimp they should pull through.
