• Poor documentation of their plugins. Confusing and short answer on the first time. After waiting days got at the end chat connection. No option to have flexible settings. Be aware of compatibilities with other plugins. Not option to support clients with code snippets. If request to talk to developers. Wait some days more and always under a paid customisation request. Webdevs still needs to know that there are plugins much further on support level, flexibility on settings and code snippets for their clients.

    And to make a developers request is at least for 100 dollars!!

    Got answer from the developers team. And they even can’t answer their clients requests.

    This plugin has the worst support team ever. Luckily I didn’t make the payment

    For flexible settings – when a product feature is designed, a proper idea is executed in that feature. A perfect feature with all the settings in the world is a myth and that’s where the custom coding is required.

    This is true for all the software in the world. What may seem right for your business might be wrong for someone else’s business model. However, we are always open to our customers’ feedback.
