Can’t setup

    Removed the old version and reinstalled the latest app.

    Although I can see “Live Chat” and “Getting Started” on the WP dashboard, I can’t make further detail changes, such as language options. Where and how can I make those changes?

    Hi @banzai7 ,
    the described functionality isn’t the expected. After the completion of “Getting started” wizard if everything goes right there must be more options under Live chat menu including also the settings page.
    Please upload a screenshot of the “Getting started” page in order to help you further.

    Hi @banzai7,
    we identified and solved an issue during “Getting Started” wizard which used to occurred when the WordPress installation was in another language than English. So please update your installation to version 9.0.15 and let us know if your problem has been solved.

    Thanks for the feedbacks. I managed to install 9.0.15 and I do see a familiar menu now. It’s resolved! Just for your info, this problem happened after you introduced 9.0.2.

    Anyway, thanks for your support and keep up the good work!
