Unable to Close chat window

Pop-up loads once you load a page, it blinks once and opens again. After that I try to close it from the X sign, it closes, immediately after that reopens and it can’t be closed any more. I saw it on my site, as well as on two other websites that use this plug in and it behaves the exact same way.
