• To make a long story short, for anyone here reading this and having problems with the plugin, do yourself a favor to save a lot of time on troubleshooting and get a third party plugin from another developer that simply works.
    I am not going to get into many details, unless anyone from support or dev-team wants to hear all the problems for future development, but I’ll tell you this: I have never rated any software purchased from anywhere, but I created an account here just to give this a 1 Star review

    @maxmillionmusic hey sorry to hear you ran into issues – but I recall helping you specifically on a couple other tickets that seemed to go just fine. I didn’t have any notice that you had other issues to discuss.

    We always listen to peoples issues, and we always try to resolve them quickly as well. I’m sorry you didn’t feel that way. If you’re still open to getting help just reach out to us here. We’re more than happy to discuss the shortcomings of the plugin and resolve them in future releases.

    The reality is, we don’t have any idea what could be wrong based on this review / comment, but if you would like to expand, you have a team here ready to help.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for your time but the reality is that nothing really worked.
    I have a clean installation of wordpress/woocommerce, with PHP 7.3 and 2GB of memory, and the plugin never even connected in the first place.

    In private email you told me if there was an error with “header not being allowed” , sent you screenshot, never got a reply. (Not a problem though)
    Support tickets are left with no replies, and when the reply comes it is simply a reply template with no actual value to solve the problem(s), which in most cases are the same for many-many users here.

    Again, no problems on my side, but since most of us here are professionals, and already pay almost half a rent to Mailchimp each month for its services, i would expect a solid professional solution.

    Solution: I have already purchased another plugin that worked in under two minutes of setup and i should have done that before spending one whole week of troubleshooting, contacts with Hosting provider and console error inspections that led to nowhere.

    @maxmillionmusic hey I know you have already done something different – but just to let you know that we’ve updated the plugin to 2.4.2 today – which addresses this connection issue you were stuck at. Just wanted to let you know it’s been resolved for anyone else possibly running into this same issue, it’s been fixed as of 2.4.2

    @maxmillionmusic version 2.4.5 is released as of today if you could give that a try. We’re sure that your issue has been resolved.

    Also just want to give a big thanks to everyone who takes the time to report things like this because that’s how bugs get resolved and we do appreciate that.
