Hi, you’re right, i’ve been at least able to reproduce this within the chat box. I haven’t been able to reproduce it in the logo picker inside the settings, but i imagine it’s the same issue.
We’ll look into it and get it fixed. I’ll let you know once something is available.

Both these should have been fixed in the latest 9.0.4 version we released today.
Regarding the special character issue, to fully get this fixed, you’ll need to go to your settings, press the save button and you’ll see that some of the tabs inside the settings page will show some numbers like “Chat Box ‘2’”.
This means that there are 2 textfield errors in this tab that need to be manually fixed. It’s enough to replace that wrong fields with some correct text and then press save.
