  • Hello, @legura1086.

Please, send these files to us for analysis. The guide is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/files-analysis

We will analyze them within 1-2 business days.

OK if this files were sent. What can I expect after the analysis?

    Thanks

And what about the frontend Malware? This is fixed already?

You will get our decision if the files are infected or safe.

Warnings about frontends are usually about external links located on your public pages.

If you think that the link is fine simply approve it, if not then delete it.

Ok and once you confirm files analized are infected. Do you fix them? I mean what when the solution is not erasing the files?

    Thanks

If the plugin can cure these files automatically, it usually does it before you need to send this to analysis.

If you send these files to us, we can tell you are they infected or not. We do not cure files manually.

ok so to be clear, after a file was sent for analysis. Once is detected as infected from cleantalk side there is nothing else to do? I mean do I need to hire another platform/service to fix/cure the infection?

CleanTalk does not provide services to fix/cure infected files. Excepting malware constructions that can be found by heuristic analysis during the scan process, these files will be cured automatically.

So if the plugin has not fixed the file during the scan and the analysis team tells you that the file is infected you need to find a way to do it using third-party services.

    Be well,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
