Remove option is not working

Hi,

We are working on a developer site and testing Discount Rules for Woocommerce plugin.

We have notice that “remove” option for quantity discount is not working.

I have to enter first the coupon code in order for quantity discount remove option to work.

Our developer site is under maintenance. I can give you access via safe email portal.
