Hi,
I downloaded the po file, edited it with poedit and uploaded it to wordpress/wp-content/languages/plugins . Unfortunately the translation doesn’t show up.

I named the file: wp-user-frontend-de_DE.po / .mo

What am I doing wrong?

Hello @jstark55,

Apparently, there is nothing wrong with the process. Have you added 100% translations in the .po file?

Also, let me know from where you have downloaded the .po file and .mo files?

Hi Mushrit,

I took the stable release from here:

It isn’t translated 100% but I translated some strings by myself and checked if the new translations are updated on the website. But they weren’t.

It works now. I didn’t change anything. Weird. Maybe the english string was cashed.

You have to download the .po and .mo files from the development part. Please check the screenshot.
