Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Would you be so kind as to share the plugin debug.log with us? It will help us understand how you have configured your product feed.
Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here:

@supportadtribes , can you please tell me how to share the file with you?
Hi,
You can just share the debug.log URL in this topic.
Hi,
Thanks for sending over the debug.log. I noticed your feed is empty, this most likely is caused by the fact you created two include only filters:
(
[rowCount] => 1593085907504
[attribute] => language
[condition] => =
[criteria] => Deutsch
[than] => include_only
)
[1593086012616] => Array
(
[rowCount] => 1593086012616
[attribute] => custom_attributes__stock
[condition] => =
[criteria] => in stock
[than] => include_only
In a feed configuration you can only have 1 include only filter (hence the only). Have you tried removing one? You can use multiple exclude rules though.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
I removed the second filter and only have the language filter now.
Same thing, feed is not updating
Then changes are your include filter is not entirely correct…bear in mind that it is case-sensitive and are you sure that the ‘language’ attribute is the correct one to use?

I removed all filters, there are non now.
Added custom_label_0 field and mapped it to “language” to see what is the correct value.
But, same thing, feed is not updating.
I noticed you created the Google Shopping feed in CSV format, meaning you probably download the CSV every time to your local computer to see if it contains changes? When you do so the file is being saved somewhat differently every time you do so, with a number behind it (1), (2), (3) and so on. Are you sure you are opening the correct files?
Also, try changing the feed format to XML to prevent the above from happening so you can check the feed in your bowser.

Thanks! XML is updating…so I’ll just use this.
The CSV is still not updating even when using the feed URL.

Hi cake2homesofficial,
When your feed is stuck you most likely have a WP-cron issue.
Please see:

Could you, next time, please open a separate topic for this.
Hi,
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons.
Do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
