    Hi @kellyharley,

    In my dev site, I notes that export and import as expected.

    Do you see the notes on the backend when editing the meeting after you’ve imported?

    If not, check the csv for unexpected quotes in that field, especially the type Microsoft Excel uses at times. I don’t recall what they’re called, but you can find this discussed elsewhere in these threads (or search the Internet).

    And check the headers of your csv file to make sure they match the names used in the sample template.csv.

    If they are showing in the backend, but not on the front end, you’ll want to look at changes you’ve made to the website/styling/theme/etc.

    I’ve checked and some of my location notes are showing up in some meetings and others are not. Do you have any idea of what that would be? I’ve checked formatting and headers.

    Not off the top of my head, but my earlier question remains germane. Are the notes showing up on the backend but not the front end? Or are the notes in question not showing up on the backend (i.e, an import issue).

    If you have them on the backend (i.e., the admin meeting edit page) but not on the front end, and it isn’t that way for all meetings, then my guess is something is set different about the meeting (i.e., a group?) or something strange has been imported as part of the text. Please try to determine what is different, and we can go from there.

    Hi! I’ve tried everything and had someone else help me. We scrubbed our cvs file and made sure all the notes were in correctly. It’s still uploading some and not others. Also, random notes are popping up in some meetings. I’m truly at a lost.
