ERR_CONNECTION_RESET at wp-admin

Hi WordPress,
I’ve been working on it all day to transfer my working site to an other account and domain.
Everything works fine, but I keep on getting connection reset at the admin page.I tried:
– deleting my cookies
– renaming the plugins folder
– resetting the auth keys in the config fileBut nothing works.
Also it sometimes switches to the old page (encountersmedia.nl)
Any ideas please? I have to launch within 3 days… :-/-

Please check https://wordpress.org/support/topic/err_connection_reset-or-err_connection_timed_out/ and follow the mentioned guides.
Also, if you have access to your database please check is the ‘site_url’ and ‘home’ options are having your site URL as the value in the _options table?
