Firewall activated for own IP due to clearing cookies too often when testing

Hi, my firewall got activated for my own IP due to clearing cookies too often when I was testing different settings for a newly installed plugin.

That’s a bummer, because now I can’t access my own website.
I use two-factor authentication, but was never asked to enter a code.
The system simply got messed up without any notification.

Kindly advise on how to proceed.
