    I don’t quite understand your question. What do you mean by “in the profile of the website I am developing”?

    If you registered with us, then you had to use this email address.

    If you want to change the email address that you use to log in on our web portal (portal.bulkgate.com), then you have to directly contact our support at support@bulkgate.com

    Thanks for your reply.

    I thought / understood / believed that I had registered through the plugin on my WordPress intallation, and then wanted to look at buying some credits.

    I will check to see if I have actually registered or not.

    In order to use our services, you had to register directly with us either via the WooSMS plugin, or our web BulkGate portal, there is no other way.
