    Hello,

    Restoring files stuck at 54% for hours. What should I do? Should I just close the browser?

    First restoration attempt gave execution time limit error, then I think I managed to increase the limit. Then I tried again, but this time it stucks.

    I cant get into my admin dashboard, it says “There has been a critical error on your website.” So I cant send you my log files.

    My backup file size is about 1gb. I can send you my full backup^

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Could you please, send the restore log file, so we can analyze the issue you’re facing?
    Since you don’t have access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
