Thanks for that… It seems to be intermittent and I can’t quite put my finger on why. I did get it working again last night and then someone processed an order this morning and it didn’t work.
Do you know if there are any known issues with WP Super Cache or Minify type systems? I’ve disabled both in the meantime since those were the only things I thought could have been causing problems.
It shouldn’t impact it, but maybe – to be safe set youdomain-dot-com/?qpp_ipn to be not cached and see
I will let it run without any of them for a bit to see if things stay working… We don’t process a lot of orders since we are a non-profit disc golf club. I really appreciate your time responding to me.
Let us know. If you don’t really need a cache program ( and many sites don’t ) it does remove complexity.
By the way IPN keeps trying if it doesn’t get through for about 4 days. So if it is an issue with cache you will find that eventually that payment gets marked complete.
Arg… I got the sandbox to work and I turned it back on, processed a real payment and didn’t work again… I’ll check the log later, not really sure what I’m looking for as it seems to want to work and then decides it doesn’t when I turn it on. :/
I assume you have double checked the IPN url in your production paypal notification settings for typos
It would be hard pressed to be wrong since I copy and pasted it. 🤣. But I will double check.
I think the issue was with Paypal. The delays have seemed to go away.
One more thing, I paid the annual upgrade fee… How do I indicate I have that within the plug-in?
