    I’ve followed all your instructions and I’m testing your free plugin since I’d want to buy the elite one. Problem is that for this store category here

    I’ve created the feed following your instructions, set a filter to include only this category, left the field mapping as is but the feed is completely empty so Google Merchand doesn’t display any product.

    Surely I’ve missed something but I’ve refollowed your instructions about three times and nothing. I’ve read about GTIN and MPN but not mapped them since I don’t know what to do.

    Basically I’d like to map just one category and I think I’ve done that

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. When you created the include only filter you selected the category from the drop-down I assume?

    Anyhow, there can be multiple reasons for your feeds being empty. The most common ones we described in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

    Could you check if any of those can be applicable to you?

    Yes the include only filter has the right category.

    I’ve yet read that article but

    NO – The “Include product variations” feature has been disabled;
    NO – The “Only include default product variation” has been enabled;
    NO – The default item_group_id field mapping has been removed;
    YES BUT CORRECT – Created filters;
    NO – WP-cron has been disabled or is broken;
    NO – Caching plugins block updates or creation of product feeds;
    NO – You removed products based on total sales or time-range.

    Well, I’ve checked the xml now and it’s not empty but don’t know whats happened in the meantime since nothing was done by me during the night…

    Ok now the products are imported but for each one I get an error like “product data not approved”.
