    I downloaded your app, i tried to make a check in but if i make a check in with the same qr code the app say me “succes” but if it do this a person can share his qr code with his friends…. How i can do for set max only one check in?
    if i can do this i will buy the premium account 😉
    please replay me as soon as you can

    Hi there,

    You can limit check-ins within Tickera > Ticket Type > Check-ins per ticket.
    Just put 1 and ticket will be valid only once 🙂

    yes i already did it but i tried to chech in the same ticket after some second he say “succes” if i wait 1 or 2 minutes betwin two check in i don’t have any problems.
    fore example if i have a family that have 2 children and they have the same ticket they can cheat me because the sistem is slow to update the checkinned ticket
    i can resolve or there aren’t ways to resole this problem?

    i ask you an other question: why when i click on “LIST” i can see two different list of ticket?
    if i click on the first time i see a list, if i clich one more time I see an other list??

    i show you (i used strange names for trying like numbers or code, but this doesn’t matter):

    or some times i can’t view the new tickets on the list…
    please help me! I really like this system, it would be a shame not to be able to use it

    Hi there,

    In regards to the first question, please check if you are using any caching system on your site, it can cause this issue. To fix this, you will need to exclude some pages from caching. Here you will find the instruction – https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/configuring-caching-plugins/
    Second issue can be related to the caching, as well.
    Please let me know if this was the cause.
