Send email right to left

When the test is done, an email is sent to the administrator with questions and answers. But emails in Google Gmail android app are left-to-right. I tried to make the text right to left by adding code to the admin emails section in the plugin email settings.when another email sent, The user profile section was set to right, but this did not set the questions and answers section to the right.
