    Hi @bbk88,

    First, check that when you go to tickets – settings – general tab and go to the Notification button section, you check the Enable box. This should be shown in the ticket details page in the front end. IF the issue continues, switch to a defaul theme and check if the button comes back.

    I checked it
    When a ticket is closed the button disappear.
    The problem was solved. Thanks
