Error in ticket URL

    Well everything works well, the link is sent to the user with the ticket. The problem is that when you enter this link, it asks you to login.

    I have configured the visibility of the tickets so that everyone with the URL can see it, but still asks them to login. The link it generates has this form:

    ?page_id=842?support_page=open_ticket&ticket_id=4&auth_code=ERRFjYOqeC

    CHeck your other plugins or access settings. I have 3 wordpress sites and all works, there is one issue i dont like and that is the fact the user have to enter name and email before replying to the ticket, should be automatic for registered users.

    Thanks for the reply. It has to be some incompatibility with some plugin, I suspect that with some of cache manager. I had to install SupportCandy on another website, and there it worked correctly.
