the chatbot appear on desktop version but do not appear on mobile version.

Hi, @him666
After looking at your Facebook page settings I see there are both country/age restrictions.
Facebook Chat widget won’t be shown until user is logged in to their FB account in the browser.
Sinc mobile browser have no cookies with sign-in data – chat widget is not shown.

So if you want the plugin to be shown for everyone restrictions should be removed.
