Thanks for your support. This plugin hasn’t updated for more than two years. Moreover, this message displayed in the WordPress.org forum.
“This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.”

If that doesn’t meet your needs, I’d recommend searching for “WooCommerce Cancel Order” in the plugin directory and/or speaking to a developer about helping you with it if you’re not able to implement the code shared here – https://stackoverflow.com/a/46264007

Thank you for your help. WC Cancel Order plugin is not compatible with our theme. I already tried that one but it doesn’t work out.

Hi @bini01 It doesn’t matter if it hasn’t been tested. Just means the author stopped supporting it.
You can still download it, look thru the code and make it work for you.
Very simple stuff. The Stack explains more about it though.

WC Cancel Order plugin is not compatible with our theme. I already tried that one but it doesn’t work out.
You have the following options available to you:
- Change your theme
- Find another plugin that does work with your theme
- Implement the code in the StackOverflow answer that was provided or have a developer do so for you
- Commission a developer to build a plugin for you that works in the way you intend
