Hello, while uploading an image with a special character ‘, I have received the following input: “Manu’a islands.jpg Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. The suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.”
I was worried if my disk quota was running out of space, also I hurried to make my images smaller. However, it didn’t work and later it occurred to me that maybe the special character was an issue. It was indeed. Perhaps you can add this issue to your input because some other users may face this issue. Thanks

    Hi there,

Have you tried uploading that image with FileBird being deactivated?
We tested uploading files with this “‘“ in names but we didn’t see the issue.

    Waiting for your reply.

Hey there. Yes, we just checked it. We disabled it and could not again upload image with ‘ mark. Once removed it can be uploaded normally. Seems that it is either theme or wordpress problem, or who knows what. Not with your plugin. But even if it is, it is silly bug, just renaming image solves problem. However, missing folders we reported there in another post is serious problem.

Hello Kelly, I meant on this report https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-custom-folders-in-add-media/
this is more serious problem because we cannot approach folders directly when creating gallery or adding images at all.
