    Hi,
    (me again)

we’ve been having a few issues with the new site setup, we have very few plugins, using the “Twenty Twenty” theme with very few customisations.
Using the Google Maps API key which seems to be working.
We can import meetings fine using the CSV but cannot seem to add or update meetings from the plugin add meeting page.
As soon as anything is added to the address section the meeting cannot be published, just saved as a draft, but all location info is cleared from the draft.

I’ve tried re-setting the stub format, clearing all info down, removing and re-adding the plugin.
We are UK based, is it possible it is an issue with UK address validation?

    thanks for any input provided.

Would you please give me an example of an address you’re having trouble with?

thanks for replying, for some reason I didn’t get a notification.

    addresses include:

    10 Loch Road, Poole, BH14 9EX, UK
107 Palmerston Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth, BH1 4HP, UK

I’ve tried several different formats of entry to the webform, different things with and without commas, with and without UK, abbreviated Rd rather than Road

Interesting. I was able to create meetings for both of those addresses.

    And display them using MapBox.

To confirm, you’re getting some addresses to geocode properly (or you wouldn’t even get a partial import to work).

Are these the only two addresses you’re still having trouble with?

Sometimes a couple things that work when all else fails are:
    1) Copy & paste the address fresh into the the New Meeting form,
    2) Bring up the address at maps.google.com, and try some of the various forms of the address they have. For example, you one at 107 Palmerston Road is also known as a Google Plus Code of P5H4+VF Bournemouth, United Kingdom.

Let me know how you’re fairing after all this, please.

ahaa, I had missed a URL from the API key, so the website use was working fine but the admin console preview wasn’t.

    Thanks for your help
