Do you mean how the url ends in the ticket details page in the back end? if so, the url would be like the one below:

– https://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket

The ending of the url will be /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket

If you need the ticket list page in the fron end, this is how it would look like:

– https://mysite.com/my-tickets/
