Hi,

Before I purchase I would like to know if I can add individual product ‘package quantities’ on the product level. Then apply a discount once this amount => in this case 39 bags which is a full pallet, is reached. This is a permanent discount.

So I would like to add to each product what the quantity is before they get .. discount. Also, is it possible to show this in the front-end?

Yes. The bulk discount can be configured by creating a rule in our plugin
Example:
1 to 10 – 5% discount
11 to 20 – 10% discount

Instead of a discount, if you want to set up a fixed price per unit for bulk purchases, then here is a guide:
