Also, Please try installing latest version of QSM once again.
If this doesn’t work, we will need access to your staging website to troubleshoot the issue.
Meanwhile, you can try installing a previous stable version of QSM on your live website.

Please do not ask for login credentials.
You can request any logs and system information, but not login/password for their sites !
