    Hi there,
    We only take a few donations/membership fees through the Give plugin so i dont the run the export report too often. I last ran it on Feb 28th and all worked fine. I think there has been an update since then.

    I have just gone to run the report and it is saying there are no results to return.

    I have tried through Export Donation History
    And i have tried through: Export Income and Donation Stats

    I am looking at dates between January 1st 2020 and April 19th 2020 – and have tried many variations on which report/which fields to export. None of them will open a cvs, i get a message at the bottom of the export page saying:

    No Results Found
    The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.

    I know i have donations in that time as i can view them individually Donations and Donors.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @neilcgf,

    Glad you reached out here. That error message is one from the Divi theme, I’m fairly sure after a bit of Googling.

    I just attempted to replicate an error on a test site of mine and was unable to, and looped in a friend who uses the Divi theme and they had no issue with an export for a specific date range.

    That error message is an indication that something is breaking within Divi, usually.

    To get to the bottom of this, the fastest troubleshooting step is to temporarily switch to a different theme and try the export. I recognize that’s a potentially big ask, but if you have a staging site or other environment where you are able to replicate a problem where switching the theme wouldn’t be too jarring to visitors, that would be my recommendation.

    Alternatively, you can try the Health Check plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ and attempt to run the export in troubleshooting mode.
