Video Chat not working

    I am trying to debug the live stream video chat, and am seeing an error message response from the websocket request when running on a local development server as follows:
    Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

    The wss request is being sent to:
    wss://live.streamer.wpstream.net:10110/socket/websocket
