    Hey fellows
    I’m having problems with cache and Facebook Messenger on my website.
    How can I add exception to W3TC plugin not cache Facebook Messenger?

    Hi

    I’m back to tell I resolved my problem.
    W3TC Menu > Page Cache > Advanced > On “Rejected Cookies” you put:

    sb
    datr
    _fbp
    c_user
    xs
    spin
    presence

    Those cookies are used by Facebook on Messenger Customer Chat call. Puting it there you tell to W3TC to never cache the chat plugin.
    It took a while to be effective but works (:
