We have no experience with Polylang ourselves but I believe your product URL’s have some sort of language parameter in it? If so, you can filter on that, excluding all products that do not have a certain language parameter or value in the url (link field).

yes ulr i want to exclude has /en/ but dont know how to achieve this.
another way is to add to filter the three main categories i want. but when i add multiple category filters my xml is blank (is it and or or ?)

With regards to your 3 main categories question. I am going to assume you created 3 include only filters for that? If so, that won’t work as you can use only 1 include only filter per project (hence the only). You can use multiple exclude rules though so perhaps you can exclude all the categories you don’t want to have in your feed(s)?
