    Hello. the screen loads forever after clicking the submit request button the Order Refund Request form page. It works well for exchange but loads forever for refunds. I will love to use this plugin with pro version but i dont know whats the problem. I read all documentation and tried all settings.

    Hello,

    We have looked into the issue and it might be that you are trying to use both the lite and the pro version.
    Please make sure that the lite version is deactivated before using the pro version of this plugin. If you still encounter the same issue please let us know.
