    Does not map categories correctly

    I have products assigned to various categories and in each one a main Yoast category.

    Hello, in the “Field Mapping” section I select:
    g: google_product_category-> Category

    In the “Category mapping” part, I select the Google categories that I want to assign to the categories of my store.

    Then I run a manual refresh of the feed but in the result the displayed category “g: google_product_category” is the id of my store category. I need it to show the equivalent category in Google that I have indicated in the mapping.

    That could be happening?

    Can I send screenshots here?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Are you sure it is the WooCommere category ID’s that are in your feed? Our plugin puts in the Google category taxonomy ID’s in the feed so if you expected to see the Google category naming in the feed then that’s not the case. It will be just the ID’s.
