    Since the last update of your plugin, my builder doesn’t want to load.
    The team dev of my theme tell me that :

    “please contact their support and tell them this filter stopped working since their last plugin update:

    add_filter( ‘run_ngg_resource_manager’, ‘__return_false’ );

    The builder runs that to stop Next gen gallery from loading all its resources (which are problematic), and it has been working until now.

    Can you make it works on your next update ?? Please ?
    Thanks !

  • Hi @juliannirapra,

    Can you please let us know what page builder are you using and if you have already tried adding this line of code to your wp-config.php file?

    define('NGG_DISABLE_RESOURCE_MANAGER', TRUE);

    Thanks for letting us know. I haven’t heard of this builder to be honest. Have you tried to use our workaround to see if it works for you?

    Hello,
    Since the last update (3.3.6) the problem is partially resolved. My builder doesn’t just work on the home page. Did you follow the recommendations of the theme builder who described your problem to me at the time ? (see top forum message of this topic) I have already contacted your support but they ask me to be able to get my hands on my site and this is not without risk and therefore unthinkable for our magazine.
    Please it will be nice if you can do what they suggest in their message… Can’t you ?
