Can’t create a map

    Hello there,

    I don’t seem to be able to create new or delete maps anymore. Is there any limit?

    Only created 19 so far.

    Our plugin only supports a single map.

    We don’t support any other products here, if you need support with any of our add-ons, please can you to open a ticket through our support desk, where we would be glad to help.

    Submitted a ticket. It’s strange because I created 19 in the past. Is the single map limit restriction new?

    I’m really sorry but we cannot support the paid add-ons here, it’s against WordPress.org’s forum policy.

    Our plugin only supports a single map.

    If you’re using an add-on to create more than one map, you’ll need to raise the issue with us anywhere except this forum.
