Sticky Plugin Not Loading Settings
-
Hi,
I’ve tried installing and activating the Sticky Menu (Or Anything) Scroll multiple times & every time I go to configure the settings, it’s completely blank.
I’ve tried both downloading it through the WordPress Plug-in page, as well as downloading/uploading the file right to WordPress.
Please advise.

Hi, Please post your site URL and we’ll have a look.
Hi,
The site I’m working on is https://amskor.com/
I haven’t been able to add any sticky elements, as the plug-in won’t load the settings for me to configure.
I’m still relatively new at this, please let me know if you need a different site URL. Thank you.
Hi,
So after you save settings in admin you get a blank screen or the settings are not saved?
Unrelated to that:
You have a fatal JS error on your page (related to the pollyFill JS plugin, line 127 in HTML source) that is preventing other JS code to run properly, including ours.Hi,
I don’t have the chance to save any settings, it’s just all blank.
Once I upload the plugin through wp-contents > plug-ins, I go to my WordPress plug-ins page, activate the plug-in and click through to “Settings” under Sticky Menu. Once on the page, the only thing that loads are the tabs for “Settings” “Advanced” and “FAQ/Troubleshoot”. No matter which tab I’m on, nothing loads underneath.
Thank you for the info about the fatal error. When I view-source my homepage, I don’t see the fatal error for line 127. I just receive it:
( ‘fetch’ in window ) || document.write( ‘<script async=’async’ src=”https://amskor.com/wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/wp-polyfill-fetch.min.js?ver=3.0.0″></scr’ + ‘ipt>’ );( document.contains ) || document.write( ‘<script async=’async’ src=”https://amskor.com/wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/wp-polyfill-node-contains.min.js?ver=3.26.0-0″></scr’ + ‘ipt>’ );( window.FormData && window.FormData.prototype.keys ) || document.write( ‘<script async=’async’ src=”https://amskor.com/wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/wp-polyfill-formdata.min.js?ver=3.0.12″></scr’ + ‘ipt>’ );( Element.prototype.matches && Element.prototype.closest ) || document.write( ‘<script async=’async’ src=”https://amskor.com/wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/wp-polyfill-element-closest.min.js?ver=2.0.2″></scr’ + ‘ipt>’ );Is there something I’m missing in this? Also, I’m sorry I know that this isn’t directly related to your plug-in.
Thank you for any advice you can give me!
Hi there,
I took your error information and discovered that the issue was with another plug-in, WP-Shopify. Thank you for your help, your plug-in is now functioning on the settings pages.
Hi,
You’re welcome. Glad you got to the bottom of it!If you have a minute please rate the plugin. It’s what keeps the support going. Thank you! https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/sticky-menu-or-anything-on-scroll/reviews/#new-post
